Users of PGVL services are solely responsible for the nature, format, presentation and source of any content(s) they furnish, post, upload, download, save or share on any PGVL owned platform, web-link or application. This sole responsibility includes liability in instances of partial or total copyrights ownership infringements as specified in the provision of the International Copyright Laws and Practices. These contents include artistic, written, verbal, musical, audio and video materials or any such materials chosen by the users.
Users of PGVL public forum services such as social media platforms, web-links, sites or applications can set their own level of user privacy as set out in relation to each personal data they provide whilst registering their personal profile i.e. date of birth, gender, locality, hometown and country of registration. Equally, PGVL will ensure the safeguard of all third parties data furnished by its users for the purpose of conducting business, sharing content or completing any payment of financial transaction.
Comments: When users or visitors leave comments on a PGVL owned platform, PGVL collects the data shown in the comments form as well as the user or visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media: If you upload images to the platform, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
